Every year Nannytax carries out a survey of over 300 nanny agencies across the UK. We ask questions on the average salaries earned by nannies, along with questions on changing trends within the industry as a whole. Most years one or two topics have generated particular interest and so we focus on these to get an idea of what not only nanny agencies' thoughts are, but also what their clients (the parents) and their candidates (the nannies) think.

The survey usually generates a lot of interest in the press, and in some ways it has become known as a barometer of the health of the UK economy in general.
