Deciding to employ a nanny is a big decision for many parents to help achieve the work/life balance. And a happy relationship between the nanny and her employer can be long-lasting, based on trust and understanding.

But what happens when issues arise? If even relatively minor disputes are not resolved even the strongest working relationship can break down. In the first instance, an Employment Contract should be drawn up before any work starts and referred to if a dispute arsies.
