Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
- The Spin the Wheel Prize Draw (“the Promotion”) is open exclusively to current Agency Services members of Enable Ltd who receive an invitation to take part email from Agency Services (“Eligible Agencies”).
- Only one entry per agency is permitted, multiple submissions from the same agency will be disqualified.
2. Promotion Period
- The Promotion begins at 10am on the 14th April 2025 and ends at 4pm on the 25th April 2025, or earlier if all prizes have been claimed, whichever comes first.
- Enable Ltd reserves the right to close the Promotion early if all prizes are claimed before the end of the Promotion Period.
3. How to Enter
- Qualifying agencies will receive an email from Agency Services announcing the Spin the Wheel Promotion.
- To participate, the recipient of the email must click the link provided in the email to spin the wheel.
- Only one spin is permitted per qualifying Agency.
- No purchase is necessary to participate.
4. Prizes
There are a total of 30 prizes included within this Promotion. The prizes available are as follows:
- 2 x £25 Pizza Express e-voucher
- 2 x £25 National Trust e-voucher
- 5 x £10 M&S e-voucher
- 10 x £5 Costa Coffee e-voucher
- 11 x 1 Wine Stamp for your agency (no referral necessary to receive the wine stamp)
Prizes are subject to availability. In the event that a prize becomes unavailable, Enable Ltd reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Draw Mechanics
- Only one spin per agency is permitted. Any agency that attempts to spin the wheel more than once will not be able to claim any prizes won.
- If successful, the prize won will be revealed immediately after the spin. Winners will receive an email notification confirming their prize.
6. Prize Redemption
- If successful and applicable, winners will be emailed after the 28th April with their e-gift voucher.
- Expiry date for the voucher will be provided with the voucher details and the timeframe is entirely dependent on the retailer that issued the voucher.
Where applicable, wine stamps will be added to the Eligible agency account after the 28th April.
7. General Terms
- Enable Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, without prior notice.
- Enable Ltd is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or interruptions that may affect participation in the Promotion or receipt of the voucher.
- By participating in this Promotion, Eligible agencies agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
8. Data Protection
- By entering the Promotion, Eligible agencies consent to the collection, processing, and use of their data for the purpose of administering this Promotion and issuing the prizes.
- Enable Ltd will handle all personal data in accordance with its privacy policy and will not share the data with third parties except as necessary for prize fulfillment.
- Prize winners will be sent vouchers, where applicable, to the email address provided upon entering the prize draw.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Enable Ltd is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in the Promotion.
- Enable Ltd will not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged prizes/vouchers.
- Enable Ltd will not be liable for any issues with the redemption of the prizes/vouchers.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and are construed in accordance with, English Law.
